When we hit the button "contact an agent" we were taking a chance. Luckily Lance was the one on the other end to lead us down the right path. My fiancé and I were "virtually" looking at homes in Florida from our places in Pennsylvania. Lance was more than familiar with the homes available in the New Tampa area. Our meetings over Microsoft Teams couldn't have been better. He led us around the homes-- inside and out and top to bottom. If we had a question, we would call, text, email and he was on top of it.
